Alpicool P18 Portable Car Fridge

The fridge itself seems to be ok, i just tried ir once, everything seems to be working. But customer service is worse than terrible. Delivery time is 3-6 days, butI got no info about dispatch. When contacted, they said, that they do not have my contacts, thoughI filled all the form and it was still visible in my order form. They had my email, but still did not see the need to contact me. When started emailing, they promised to dispatch “immediatelly” - but that took more than a week, the fridge was sent after I said that if I do not get tracking number today, I will write complaint and will demand my money back. Only then after million excuses and explanations how problematic is to send from Germany (as if ot was on the Moon), the parcel was finally dispatched. The nice thing, they made a 10 Eur discount for delay. But still it was very frustrating.
